Shipping Information:
Fayette Candle Factory has chosen USPS for delivery of our products. At this time, all orders placed online will ship USPS Ground (approximately 3-10 days). If you require faster service, please place your order by phone (770-460-1884).

USPS Ground shipping rates for orders placed online:
$4.90 (up to $25 order)
$5.90 ($25 to $50 order)
$6.90 ($50 to $60 order)
$7.90 ($60 to $70 order)
$8.90 ($70 to $80 order)
$9.90 (all orders over $80)

Orders to Alaska or Hawaii or requiring U.S. Postal Service delivery (Post Offices boxes, APO addresses, etc.) must be placed by phone at 770-460-1884. Charges for these orders will vary from the rates listed above. At this time we do not accept orders from outside the United States.

Returns or Exchanges:
We want you to love the gift you received. If for any reason you do not, you can exchange or return it. If you return it we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used at the purchase. Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible.) Please write down if you would like to exchange the item for something different or if you would like credit. Please include original paperwork, and return items within 30 days of receipt.
